Antenna Factor Antennas
Linx’s Antenna Factor division has the industry’s broadest selection of antennas for a wide variety of applications. For customers with specialized needs, custom antennas and design services are available along with simulations of antenna performance to speed development.
ID Series Outdoor Industrial Dipole Antenna
Designed for outdoor, rough environments, the ID Series outdoor industrial antenna is constructed to survive in extreme temperature ranges and under harsh UV conditions. It is tested and certified for IP67 exposure using UL (f1) compatible materials. This robust antenna is an integrated solution, combining both cable and antenna into a single unit, resulting in up to 20% better efficiency than a traditional solution using a separate cable and antenna. Higher efficiency means more radiated power and longer-range operation. An integrated mounting bracket simplifies installation, shortening installation time and lowering costs. Available in 868 and 916MHz and 2.4GHz, the ID Series antenna is a cost-effective solution for challenging applications with increased reliability and fewer points of failure.
Small External Antennas
Small external antennas protrude outside the product case. They work well for common applications that need good performance as well as a relatively small antenna. They’re available in connectorized and permanent-mount styles.
Embedded or Internal Antennas
Embedded or internal antennas attach directly to the PCB and are hidden inside the product case. They’re a good fit for applications where concerns about size, appearance, security or environmental issues make an external antenna impractical.
GPS antennas are designed to meet the technical challenges of GPS signals, including low signal strength, noise and multiple sources of origin.
Gain & Multi-Band Antennas
Gain antennas increase the range of wireless links. Multi-band antennas operate at many different frequencies, which is useful for sending data or using the same antenna for multiple applications.
Specialty antennas include stationary high-gain antennas, magnetic antennas and stick-on antennas. They’re well-suited for outdoor applications. Several models cover multiple frequency bands.
Antenna Evaluation Kits
Antenna kits let you test the performance of antennas in your application environment. They include a collection of antennas as well as an evaluation board for connecting an antenna to a PCB.
