Merlin, Oregon August 4, 2020 – Linx Technologies, a Merlin, OR based developer and manufacturer of antennas, announces three new Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) antennas supporting GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou and QNZZ navigation systems. The ceramic patch antennas comprise surface-mount and through-hole pin options over three sizes, allowing engineers to balance size, performance, manufacturability, and cost in their systems.

Linx’s three new GNSS antennas are the surface-mount 12 mm x 12 mm ANT-GNSSCP-SM12L1 and two adhesive-mount, through-hole pin antennas, the 18 mm x 18 mm ANT-GNSSCP-TH18L1 and the 25 mm x 25 mm ANT-GNSSCP-TH25L1. All are 4 mm thick and employ right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) for optimal satellite reception looking skyward. Additionally, all three antennas support high-temperature operation, to +105 ˚C, supporting qualification in automotive systems requiring AEC-Q200 reliability.
